I suspect that the file format used by the ReadyShare software is ext3 or ext4. I suspect the drive was shutdown improperly in the power failure that occurred as a result of the lightning strike. After the upgrade my ReadySHARE didnt work, therefore had to download and reinstall, which seemed to go great up until the point where on request to Reeboot, the MAC just sits and hangs. This topic has been marked solved and closed to new posts due to inactivity.
